The Katy location offers a great experience with a friendly and professional staff. Appointments are scheduled to work around the schedule and the full process is explained step by step before the cryo session started. The staff answer all questions, made all feel comfortable and at ease, and are super sweet, knowledgeable and super friendly. Many see results quickly and are excited to come back, while others are still trying and appreciate the relaxing, even cold, experience.
Brooke is awesome ! She made me feel such at ease from the first appt. Love her and the treatments she is giving me on my stomach , legs and arms ! She is very patient and understanding !! 💕💕
