Mike came out to work on a troublesome shower handle for a tub/shower. It had been worked on a couple times previously and kept failing. Mike arrived on time and assessed the situation. He went to several places, but suitable parts were not available nearby. Thinking outside the box he filed down a part to make it work. It works like a charm now.
AC drain line was clogged. Called at 10:30 that morning and they came out same day at 1 pm. Thomas showed up on time and resolved the problem quickly. Very happy with Thomas and this company. Now I have a new plumbing company to use!!!
We had an outside pipe that started leaking a few months ago, and one Friday night it suddenly got so bad that water was pouring out everywhere. My husband tried to fix it but accidentally made it worse, and at that point we didn’t know what to do since it was already late at night. We called Carey Plumbing, and to our surprise Michael came out at 11 PM! He was incredibly kind, professional, and fixed the problem so quickly and perfectly that we haven’t had to think about it since. I truly appreciate his fast response and excellent service. 100% recommend Carey Plumbing, and we’ll definitely be calling Michael again soon for our water heater replacement.
