We have been with Bugs Inc since we moved into our home in 2017. Thankful we have never had an issue. Highly recommend them. As for technicians, we have yet to have a negative experience. Kristian is wonderful! He is very kind and thorough when he visits. Not only does he communicate what will or needs to get done, he is very courteous and removes his shoes outside of my home without me even having to request it. Always happy when he is assigned to our home.

Justin was extremely professional and punctual when he came to evaluate our pest control needs. He was very thorough, informative, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood the process and what to expect moving forward. His level of service was truly impressive, and I appreciate his dedication to the job. I hope Justin becomes our new regular technician now that Alberto is no longer with the company. Highly recommend his services!
