Mason Hernandez was the technician I spoke with over the phone. I described my electrical issue and he advised me to call Centerpoint, because it sounded like an issue on their end. He assured me if it wasn't Centerpoint's equipment they would be happy to come out anytime. It turned out that Centerpoint had a bad transformer. I am impressed by his knowledge and the excellent customer service he provided. 5/5 stars
