About a month ago our AC wasn’t blowing cold anymore. I called Bill Anderson Air the next morning and Mike was able to squeeze me into their schedule the same day. Jason came and took a look at our system and found that our evaporator coil failed and needed to be replaced. He showed me what failed and provided a couple options on getting us going again. We opted to replace both the evaporator coil and condenser. I scheduled the install with Mike and they were able to install it in a couple days (we had to wait for the rain to let up). Josh along with three guys came first thing in the morning and was able to do the whole install in about an hour and a half. Quality install and customer service from everyone I spoke to and no complaints. They have competitive pricing when I was getting quotes and they installed a Lennox system that comes with a 10 year parts and three year labor warranty.
