I called ahead and they were able to see me without an appt, it looked like they had a few customers and spread out.I saw a gentleman named Kevin and he's not fluent in English but he's very diligent in his job in my opinion. I respectfully showed him a photo of my nails as I would any person. He said okay and busted out his glasses and flashlight with head band. I can't help to give him no more than 5 star for his dedication.The 4 star is for the facility included.Some of the reviews I read about sanitation and cleanliness is true. The tables and plastic barrier to protect customers do look like they haven't been wiped daily. You get what you pay for.I may be hygienic,...read full review

I was majorly disappointed with the nails. Me and my bestfriend went to get our nails done for my birthday. My friend had the male stylist and her nails where awful. She got hurt and her cuticles are bleeding. When we went home I had to redo her nail and paint them a different color because they were so thick and sloppy. I had a really good stylist and my nails are perfect but I would not recommend getting them done there. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable.
