Amazing customer service. Dr Shawn is the most professional and customer oriented Vet in this area PERIOD. He takes the time to not only diagnose your animal, while giving you the options of care. Dr Shawn doesnt “upsell” you, to make a buck. He has my total endorsement, if I could give twenty stars I would. Jim Kotowski
