I highly recommend these guys and their amazing customer service! For context, I was driving cross-country moving to a new city in an old Prius my friend bought from his sister. The car had several issues including a known battery issue. As we're driving through Texas, the car loses power eventually slowing to a halt about 20 miles away from the nearest town. As I'm waiting for their tow truck to arrive, one of their guys personally calls to troubleshoot what could be wrong with the car eventually offering to make a lengthy drive delivering gas so we could rule that out as the culprit. Well, as it turns out, the car's fuel gauge malfunctioned and we had actually run out of gas... go figure. I appreciated the friendliness and understanding knowing what predicament we were facing and offering extra effort to help us out! Thanks again.

Our vehicle stalled out on I10. Called West Central Towing and Recovery and John was at our location within 45 minutes. He towed the vehicle to the dealership 35 miles away and texted us photos of the delivery. Highly recommend!!!
Fast, affordable and reliable service. Wesley was my tow truck driver. I was stranded past Segovia in the middle of the night by myself. Wesley made sure my vehicle was safely dropped off at a mechanic shop in Junction. He also waited for me to check in at the nearest hotel. I highly recommend them for all your towing needs. Hope never to be in this situation again but if I do, I will definitely call them again.
