Be aware of using their services.
First, they refer to their nurses as psychiatrists. A psychiatrist is a medial doctor NOT a nurse.
Second, in order to receive a diagnosis there MUST be thorough testing done. This testing is made up of different types of questionnaires, observations and other forms of data collecting NOT just from a phone call. Not only is one of their unqualified nurses (lvn, rn) giving a mental diagnosis they are doing it after a short video call.
Do your research and don’t blindly trust them.
Their website doesn’t even provide a list of the providers with their qualifications.
Again, don’t blindly trust what they say.

They really need to work on scheduling. My appointment was at 1:30 but when i got their they had changed my appointment time to 1:20. They could have let me know ahead of time. I even had my appointment card that clearly showed my appointment was at 1:30 but of course they acted like it was my fault and i had to reschedule. Very unprofessional. They wasted my time and gas.

Not impressed with their services. Only did an intake and then when my scheduled appointment came a week later my therapist and counselor Thomas was not there! I drove from north Pleasanton to be at my appointment and he was not in! How unprofessional!!
