Stephanie is awesome! She always asks what areas you want to work on and suggests stretches to do at home! Her sessions are always relaxing, even the strength sessions ?! Not only is yoga good for the body, it’s good for my mental wellness as well! Just forget your worries, heartache, stresses for an hour and I definitely notice when I miss a session!! Stephanie you are the best!!

Yoga is designed for the needs of each individual. Session work might include strength or flexibility, energizing sequences, rest and restore, etc. Each session is customized to help you feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Bring yoga to your special event with all equipment provided. Looking for something unique at your next event-have a sound bathing session! Vibrational therapy is a deeply relaxing experience for body and mind; culminating in the body feeling like you had a massage and the mind as if you did deep meditation.
