I'm very pleased with my new roof and look forward to seeing energy savings this summer. The new metal panels were installed with same-size foam inserts, a contribution to insulation. I am extremely satisfied with my relationship with the company. James Duncanson and especially Brian, his field representative, who was helpful beyond necessity. Thank you both for being very patient and working with me on some of the details. I'm happy to recommend JDUNCANSON ROOFING.

They came out and inspected my roof and determined that I had a lot of hail damage and wind damage. Due to supply chain delays, it took a few months before our materials were delivered. Fortunately, we did not have a leak and were not in a rush. Our representative, Gavin, was very good about keeping us notified of how the process was going. They dealt with insurance and the process was pretty easy. When they came out for the replacement, their crew was very fast and did an excellent job. If I recall correctly, the whole process of tear down and replacement took about 3 days, and then another 2 days later on for replacement of the gutters and painting flashing. I was fortunate enough to find John Duncanson when things were just crazy trying to get a roof on my mom’s house and my own. He was 100% terrific. The wheels turned very slowly, not due to him, but he stuck with it and did two beautiful roofs for us. Gutters, painting, the whole nine yards. Professional and excellent quality.
