The work that was done appears to have been done competently but the billing was opaque and excessive. When I called to request service, the person said they wanted to let me know what to expect regarding their costs, and mentioned a $99 service charge. What he did not mention was that on top of that, they would charge an additional $150 for the first hour of service ($50 after that). Furthermore, the techs were on property less than half an hour. They came in, saw what we needed, went to the store, came back, realized they'd gotten a wrong part, and then went back to the store. That was some very expensive shopping for us.
