Massive facility. Arrived at 6:30 PM for a 7:00 PM appointment. Heads up: Make sure you have the exact PO# and customer name ready; the check-in clerk was rude and won't help you out if anything is slightly off. They give a ton of verbal instructions that are easy to mix up, but they do provide a cheat sheet—pay close attention to whether you're assigned Gates 1–5 or Lot A–C. Total turn time was about 2 hours. Scale out, grab paperwork, and you're gone. Easier the second time around once you know the drill.

I had a great experience loading there, I found every nucor employee friendly and professional as well as patient. 1.5 hrs & i was rolling out of there. Once u learn the ritual its a piece of cake. I'd gladly go back, we'll done guys...

Been here many times and they're always pretty fast. Last time I was loaded 5 mins after backing in. They also help you tarp and let you park overnight in a pinch.

The lady at the guard house was super friendly and helpful! She was short with dark hair in a ponytail. I think her name was Lisa. She was amazing! Very professional! She needs a raise!
