First off let me say that this is absolutely a professional company. I spoke to Kirsti a few days ago, after a competitor’s quote scared me silly. She walked me through a few options and was willing to go above and beyond to help. Jump to 4pm our scheduled appointment time today, expecting that they may run late, I’m in the service industry too so that happens no big deal. Eric is parked outside my house right on time. He greeted me at the door with business card in hand. I showed him my issue and explained what I was diagnosed by the other company and he got right to checking as well. This was our first time having a roof replaced and Steve and Ernest at Blue Ribbon could not have made this process easier for us. Steve was patient and took the time to inform us of our options, allowed time for our HOA to review our roof request without pressuring us, and even educated us on the need for better ventilation for our attic and how he could accomplish that. Ernest was at our house early with his crew, took the time to introduce himself and make sure the work areas were prepped and safe in case we had to walk out to our car, and his crew did the work so fast but also so well it made our head spin.
