Every time I make an appointment here, they are an hour or more behind. When you take time off work to see the doctor and don't get to see him, you lose money and gain nothing. This has happened too many times. The front told me to be the first one in the morning, but when you make an appointment, shouldn't that guarantee that you are going to be seen? Time for me to find a new doctor, I suppose.

I love Trent and Stephanie and Gabriella. But that girl at the front window needs phone manners. Nobody at that window seems to be employed for very long. Why is that? And the scheduling sucks. I refuse to wait more than an hour. I had an appointment at a certain time. I expect to be seen within a reasonable time. My time is just as valuable.

I have experienced medications and tests from neurologists & rheumatoid arthritis specialists, and have yet to find one as dedicated to taking care of the pain of the problem as Trent Gale! Trent doesn't hurry you thru the appointment time - he is patient and allows you to walk your way thru whatever is going on with you physically. which transfers to your emotional and mental well-being .. Trent is very well-read and knowledgeable in an inordinate amount of medical technology ... Jefferson Life Center! YES! - Trent's nurses and office personnel also wear the Badge of Best Customer Service!
