I arrived at 9:20 AM for my 10 AM appointment. I waited over two and a half hours. Everyone else went before me including people that told me their appointments were after mine. It was 17 degrees outside that morning and no one told me they don't have heat in their lobby. The pain from the cold forced me to leave after still not seeing anyone after that two and a half hour wait. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Best Customer Service! Especially Primary Care Trent Gale, Physician's Assistant - Trent LISTENS, HEARS, and puts the information all together like a magnificent puzzle - then he ACTS! ... I have experienced medications and tests from neurologists & rheumatoid arthritis specialists, and have yet to find one as dedicated to taking care of the pain of the problem as Trent Gale! Trent doesn't hurry you thru the appointment time - he is patient and allows you to walk your way thru whatever is going on with you physically. which transfers to your emotional and mental well-being .. Trent is very well-read and knowledgeable in an inordinate amount of medical technology ... Jefferson Life Center! YES! - Trent's nurses and office personnel also wear the Badge of Best Customer Service!

Love the place, love the people and the care they give. You can actually set down and talk with Dr. Gale. Your not rushed out or talked over. My whole family goes here and we always will.
