It’s so hard nowadays to find a company like this that you can trust and depend on. These folks are the real deal. They’re a hometown family business in Jasper that has been around for generations (and I’m in Lumberton!). I met them a few years ago when they installed my Generac home generator, now they’ve done my central AC. They also do my generator maintenance twice a year. I trust them completely, they’re super-skilled, and the quality of their work is A++. I haven’t said anything about their prices, but that’s always one of the priorities when you’re shopping. Super friendly staff. They allowed me to purchase a furnace igniter from them on short notice, and then helped me out again when the original one I got from them didn't have the correct pin on the back to connect to my furnace.

We appreciate them so much! Our ac went out in the heat of the 105° day today. I called and they said they had nothing available today. We expected that. But, to our pleasant surprise, they showed up today within about an hour or so of me calling. David came, was very professional and had it fixed in no time! And a reasonable charge as well. Highly recommend these people!
