Absolutely the best gym I have ever been a member of. The staff are super helpful and kind. The owner, Heather, has groupfit classes that are amazing and have made me love working out again as well as transformed my body. The atmosphere is nonjudgmental, I feel comfortable wearing whatever feels good and trying out machines I have never used before. All members are also super friendly and willing to jump in and help out anyone in need. I have met so many great people and look forward to going to the gym. There is so much good that goes on at Raise the Bar Fitness and I highly recommend you to try it.

There is a portion of this gym that is a dedicated massage area and Heather is AMAZING. Just recently got my first back massage after 28 long years and Heather was like a magician. I had never met her before and was totally new to the whole experience and this lady was like my best friend after 2 minutes. The atmosphere was fantastic and she totally made me more than comfortable with the session. I had gone in with lower back pains so bad that I was beginning to get sick and nauseous but after just a 30 minute session I’m back to feeling “Me” again and ready to do the things I normally do. 10/10 and will definitely be going back FOR SURE. Great gym. It is a low stress place. Great employees. My only complaint is they only have 2 treadmills, one is frequently not working. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested.
