“Pretty solid gym! Very well-kept, sanitary space. Nice lighting and plenty of mirrors. Bit of an emphasis on back machines, but they have a nice variety of free weights and machines for just about for any muscle group including leg presses and a GHD. They could use one or two more shoulder machines, and I didn't see a bench for the Smith machine, but it had everything I needed for a complete upper body workout.“
