I recently had my car at Teo Gama Paint & Body Shop for repairs. Not only did they do a wonderful job but their customer service is top notch as well. Danaly that manages their office went above and beyond to help me with the insurance part. I could not be more pleased at the end result. Top notch!! They really hold up to what they claim here. They did an amazing job on my auto body repairs (from hitting a hog on the road 😬) & it's back to looking like new. They handled everything professionally but also treated me like family. I felt so confident that they would get it done quickly & do what was needed to help me get back on the road, & they did! They went above & beyond to accommodate me & my schedule & the distance I lived from them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. You won't be disappointed.

After our cars were totalled by another bodyshop (hail damage) in Jacksonville and fighting with my insurance company, I found Teo's! I was able to get a new estimate from an adjuster with my insurance company. Teo honored the estimate. Both vehicles are being fixed and NOT totaled! Thank you so much Teo! We appreciate it greatly and our '04 Chevy has never looked better! You and your team did an amazing job! I can't wait to see what you do with my Jeep! Highly recommend ?

I left my vehicle to be looked at for a leak, I informed I would want to know what is causing my car to leak water. Was told I would receive a call back with what was found. I never received a call back, call was in shop from 8am-2pm and received a call informing car is ready for pick up and has been fixed. I never asked for my car to be worked on as to why I had ask for a call to be made to me first so I atleast have a quote of what I'll be charged for repair. Instead I was hit with a price that is not fair as there was no parts being changed on my vehicle. According to the mechanic he cleaned a pipe that was clogged and that was it. Im being charged $180 with no advice upfront before hand. Very unprofessional and also mechanic decided to hang up the call when I was questioning why the charge is so high. Will never do business here again and will make sure I let my friends and family know.
