I was very thankful that Shugs came out so quickly to repair my washer. Thankfully it was just a valve that he had on his truck. 20 minutes and I was back in business! Will definitely use again!!

I called on May 21, 2025 and sent a text message asking to set up a service call on our gas stove. The owner returned my text message the next day, and he came out that afternoon on May 22nd. The owner told me that the stove was too old and that he would have to check on an alternate source for the gas valves. He told me that he would call a couple of suppliers later and get back to me. I paid him $75 for his service call and was told it would apply to the fix when the parts came in. I asked that he send me over the part #s for the valve, and if he had issues I would source them. This has gone on for a month now. I'll send him a couple of text messages a week politely asking for an update, but no response. He hasn't responded to any calls or texts since June 3rd, which is 22 days ago. Save your money folks. He's just going to take your $75 and leave you with a broken appliance.

Our dryer started making a really loud noise. Called Brian and he came out the next day, fixed it, price was affordable. He was nice, professional and I will definitely use Shug’s again for my appliance needs.

My dryer quit working and I called Bryan and left a message. He called back in about 10 minutes. We set a time for this afternoon at four. He got here early, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it! He is courteous and professional. We will definitely call him again and be recommending him!

Initial response good for repair service, friendly service, but when all the fixes unraveled within 3 months for each of the appliances I had repaired by them, they never responded. It's now been a year and never any acknowledgment of any of my outreaches. Will not use again.
