I didn't get the name of the tech that came out but very nice guy. He did one hell of a job.. i thought I was gonna have to rip carpets out. But he did such a good job .. Thank you

CJ was a little early, but if you're not early, you're late. He did an outstanding job cleaning a very dirty carpet. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I'd have him back any time.
