Mitch, Kevin and John were great! They had the expertise to assess our problem and took care of it. We didn’t have to have our door replaced because they fixed the frame and the threshold. The guys also took care with the finish work AND cleaned the area. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Mitch, Kevin and John.
Well, we thought the first repair fixed our issue with our leaking door but it did not. We called the company and they sent Junior who took one look at the door and knew what additional steps needed to be taken to fix the door. We had a great experience with YourNewDoor. We love our new door, and it has exceeded our expectation. It was a very easy process from beginning to end. Shane was great helping us get our door designed and Kevin, Wyatt, Junior and Marcos did an amazing job with the install.
Door installers (Junior and Wyatt) were awesome. Great detail in their work and kept everything clean. This is the 2nd door we’ve had them install and they’ve exceeding our expectations both times.
