Customer service is great & prices are reasonable. This store is 2 mins away and I hardly visit unless I have to. They are good for last minute items, if you’re in a hurry and need to grab an item quickly. Their inventory is extremely limited and unbalanced- meaning ?? they have majority of curly hair & not enough straight. If they had better variety, this would be my #1 place to go based on convenience. Other than this part everything else is great

This store carries a decent variety of hair care products, including those made specifically for natural hair. If you're looking for good variety of extensions, this is not the place unless you're simply getting kanekalon (synthetic) braid hair or crochet hair. The store is extremely small, haven't had any issues with the staff. First time I went after moving nearby, felt as if I was being followed (again the store is tiny). The few times that I've returned, I haven't gotten that same vibe or surveillance.
