The Go 2 Guys Heating & Air is a team of very experienced, intelligent, and considerate people. Customers have trusted them for almost 5 years for being on time and honest, providing facts, detailed reports, and options. The company is highly recommended for all residential and commercial work. Technicians like Seth are polite, friendly, and methodical, able to quickly find points of failure and repair cascading effects until the system is running perfectly. They solve puzzles and make customers laugh. Kevin is very helpful and communicative, explaining the service’s progress thoroughly and setting expectations, with great customer service and knowledge. The team saved one customer from a worse financial outcome. During a seasonal tune up, Seth discovered a degraded capacitor under warranty and promptly replaced it, with a follow-up check planned. Customers have confidence in their advice and work. In Texas, where air conditioning is very important, this company will take care of you and you can be confident in their work.
