We are 20 year customers of Tempo through two houses and my father in law's -- HVAC and plumbing. While I have always gladly recommended them, I remembered why this weekend we stay loyal customers - because their customer service goes above and beyond. Every. Single. Time. When it's the Labor Day Monday and your 97 yr old dad's AC goes out, it's not just inconvenient and uncomfortable, it's an emergency. Tempo treated it the same way -- their repair tech spent half his holiday trying everything to get it working eventually deciding the compressor would need to be replaced. The office called me a couple of times, including past 9 PM (With an apology even) to assure us someone would meet us at 8 AM. That person left his house pre-dawn to be there on time and told us everyone was already on notice that they needed to get something figured out and installed same day. By 10 AM the Tempo trucks were pulling up, offloading new equipment and guys, and jumping into action. I know we love our dad and would do anything to keep him safe -- it's amazing when a company is willing to do just as much to make sure he would be safe and could stay in his home tonight. And this, among so many other reasons, are why we are and always will be Tempo customers! Thank you Btittany, Ken, Josh, and the names I don't know that made this happen!! Y'all are a true blessing.
