The customer service was amazing from start to finish. The team truly went above and beyond in caring for my mother-in-law. They didn’t just look at the infection and send her home—they took the time to do a thorough, complete evaluation. They clearly explained that, due to the level of pain and infection, the teeth would need to be removed, and made sure we understood every step. Now she’s on the path to healing, and we have a clear plan in place to fix all of her teeth, including the cost and next steps. We’re very grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
