    Thanks to Dr. Priscilla Carroll for being so informative in helping me understand about my sleep apnea problems. The whole staff is very kind and helpful.

    I have been a patient of Dr. Raroque's for about 18 years. I am never able to see him any longer. I am always assigned a PA. When I asked to see him specifically I was told to meet online. I waited 30 minutes and he did not come on the call. Later someone from his office calls me and asks me if my payment went through on my card s and asks me to check my card to see if the payment went through. I told her that 45 minutes probably too soon to show on my account. The call dropped, maybe she hung up. I logged in a second time adding my payment information a second time and waited the doctor to come to my appointment. Dr. Raroque never showed. The staff was much more concerned about the $60 fee than they were about my health. I have worked with Dr. Raroque and always paid my bill on time. Now I may have 2 $60 charges to my card without a doctors visit.

    I’ve been going for a year and a half, and have returned many times for follow ups and tests. I have had nothing but positive experiences, from the front desk, Doctor R, Priscilla, scheduling, refills, etc….they’ve been wonderful! My visits with Pricilla are very productive. I have an extensive/complicated medical history, and she’s been extremely helpful. I haven’t experienced any of the negative things that have been listed in other reviews….not even close!

    Dr. Raroque is a great doctor. He is very thorough and really seems to care. He takes his time and goes over several things. He’s very knowledgeable and very polite. I was very impressed with the visit. My doctor referred me to him for a sleep study and I’m glad because I didn’t feel like just a number to him. You don’t find many doctors like him anymore. He doesn’t just try to prescribe meds for everything. Small office , but very clean receptionist was very sweet. Very helpful and polite too.

    The Good...Dr. Raroque was great. The receptionist was friendly.The Bad...When you call they don't answer. When they email you can't reply. When they text you can't reply. They have a patient portal website where you can't submit any information or send any messages. Also, all the initial paperwork and any sleep logs, ect must be done the old fashioned way, on paper, making the patient portal utterly annoying and useless.My personal issue...During the initial consultation I informed the doctor that I hadn't been able to work for over a month due to insomnia. Instead of treating this as an emergency and making getting back to work priority #1 the doctor wanted to schedule months of testing and studies to discover the underlying causes which is fine however if I'm unable to work how am I supposed to pay for it?Update 6/19After bringing attention to the communication issues messaging was made available through the patient portal.Still no insomnia relief...

    Erica (NP) is great but the billing office is very unprofessional. They refuse to bill the correct insurance plan (which I have provided multiple times and they are in network for) and keep asking me to pay for a visit from nearly two years ago. The last straw is they called on a Saturday and demanded that I pay on the spot or cancel my upcoming appointment. All this is happening while my insurance states no claim was ever received for the consult. Sadly I’m going to have to find a new provider if they can’t get their act together.

    I have spoken to a nice lady she was very calm and polite. Dr is outstanding and very knowledgeable. Great to meet everyone

    Billing department is callous and unwilling to work with you on paying your bill. I was on a payment plan, there was an issue with my payment information and instead of contacting me to correct the situation, they decided to just discharge me as a patient. I still experience medical issues that require this doctor's office's assistance, but now b/c they chose to drop me as a patient b/c they didn't want to deal with contacting me over a payment issue, I can no longer receive treatment from my Neurologist, who has been treating my ongoing issues for almost 2 years. Not once did the billing department contact me regarding the payment issue. All that was require to fix the situation was an update in my payment info. Now because they chase not to inform me of the situation, I no longer have my treating Neurologist for my seizures.

    Awesome! I met with Dr. Henry Raroque and this was by far the best doctors visit I’ve ever had. He was very thorough with his exam and asked many questions. He listened to me and asked follow up questions. Very pleased with him and diagnosis. Well worth seeing him for your medical needs.

    My heart goes out to Dr. Raroake. He's such a kind and gracious care giver and I have great confidence in his medical expertise. However, he or someone must take responsibility for the business side / the office management side of their practice. It's hard to imagine the financial impact this has had and is having on his practice.I suspect his office staff could excel at their roles if there was better leadership in his office. No "villains," just bad leadership.
