It doesn't matter if you come early, they'll take you. But they won't leave you before two hours after your appointment. Overall, they're not bad.
Oh, for the second time, I forgot to take a picture of the light switch on the left of the window there. You have to lift it if no one is in the office and wait a little while. Someone will come to you. Don't be in a hurry.

OTR: Turn left into family. If you go down long drive way, wrong facility. Overnight parking (limited) is available. Clean bathroom onsite. Friendly people. Plenty space for maneuvering.
