    I’ve used Service Fusion since the beginning… We’ve seen a lot of changes and improvements over the years… There’s no such thing as perfect software, I’ve used several other software Programs as I own multiple businesses… Service Fusion works…😅… And it’s a fraction of the cost of some other brands… There’s no such thing as “perfect software“ even the most expensive software has issues and lagging at times , as well as small software glitches and bugs… but we make tons of money with Service Fusion.     There are a great many field softwares out there and i would put Fusion in the top group. It does not have the robust features of a service titan, but is definitely ahead of options like Jobber and Housecall Pro.

    The basics within Fusion are quite intuitive - things are where you would think and the basics are very easy to pick up. Beyond the basics the system does take some time to learn - custom documents, contracts, reminder system and automation have a learning curve.
