There are a great many field softwares out there and i would put Fusion in the top group. It does not have the robust features of a service titan, but is definitely ahead of options like Jobber and Housecall Pro.
The basics within Fusion are quite intuitive - things are where you would think and the basics are very easy to pick up. Beyond the basics the system does take some time to learn - custom documents, contracts, reminder system and automation have a learning curve.

The Customer service at Service Fusion (SF) is excellent. When I called SF, they were already aware of the issue and were working on it. Before the day was done I received an email telling me the issue was resolved. My initial phone call was less than 5 minutes. Great experience.
