There are a great many field softwares out there and i would put Fusion in the top group. It does not have the robust features of a service titan, but is definitely ahead of options like Jobber and Housecall Pro.
The basics within Fusion are quite intuitive - things are where you would think and the basics are very easy to pick up. Beyond the basics the system does take some time to learn - custom documents, contracts, reminder system and automation have a learning curve.
The phone system is solid with reasons and outcomes allowing tracking of booking rates. Call tracking numbers can be added to you know how your customers are... read full review
