I read some of the below reviews and I’ve been using services fusion for 6 years now. Not going to lie it was bit difficult but we were able to train all technicians and office employees on how to use it. We did integration with Quickbooks and we got everything to flow correctly. We owned a HVAC Company had over 16+ employees. Service fusion has come a long way and they continue to update the system with new feature. When the system is down is short we had those as well and we kept it going. Once the system was up again we made sure everything was put into the system.
Currently I have helped other companies with the setup and maintaining it. We do it all while they continue to focus on other things. Again I would recommend Service fusion.

I’ve used Service Fusion since the beginning… We’ve seen a lot of changes and improvements over the years… There’s no such thing as perfect software, I’ve used several other software Programs as I own multiple businesses… Service Fusion works…😅… And it’s a fraction of the cost of some other brands… There’s no such thing as “perfect software“ even the most expensive software has issues and lagging at times , as well as small software glitches and bugs… but we make tons of money with Service Fusion. It has been a game changer…. Thanks guys
