This is a shout out to Jeanette at the MacArthur location in Irving. She was so extremely kind and was complimenting everyone she encountered. Not in a forced way either. She would focus in on something different for every person and made them feel so seen. And even outside of compliments she was just genuinely a lovely person who was finding connection and brightening everyone’s day (including mine) thank you for being you Jeanette!!! Your sunny spirit made the whole store shine!!! 🌟
The service is very slow. I waited more than I should have because there was not enough workers. The ladies were great, but everything did seemed rushed to get people something and out the store. Not their fault.
Dani gave us good reccomendations and wow! She knows her stuff. I asked other associates but I liked how attentive Dani was with comparing different items and what feedback she has received from other customers.
