Unprofessional service , they tailor based on their wants and what will bring them more money, not based on what you need. Got quoted a $200 job which was outrageous.. when another tailor was able to do it for $120 for not just one , but both jackets at a well known place. OVERPRICED, BELOW AVERAGE WORK, AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND . Will not be coming back….

Customer for over 2 years … and I Spent 2 1/2 weeks trying to get it right this month .. there’s a change of ownership now which by the way they charge a lot more now - I love supporting small but this place isn’t what it used to be - they charged me money for a very subpar job that had to be done twice and almost a third time but I didn’t have the patience for it , I’m now going to Mens warehouse - they’re cheaper and better this place needs to improve I doubt I’ll be coming back again

I have been looking for a place to lower all my heels since my accident, and finally found one they did such a great job and also great with tailoring great customer service will definitely be back ASAP.

Went to pick up my shoes all the leather inside the shoe was off. Granted the shoes are old. The old gentleman was very aggressive and threw my shoes on the counter and snatched my receipt out of my hand and threw it in the trash.i felt sorry for the young lady that was trying to calm him down.once he walked up on me aggressively I was force to call the police. I was very calm.He refused to give any money . The police came and the young lady give me 7:00 out of her pocket. I will never ever go back and I don’t recommend this place ever. I will tell anyone I can not to go there.

Horrible establishment that upcharges people. I had a jacket tailored here and they were so unprofessional. The man can’t speak English at all and then laughs and mocks you while you try to ask questions. They didn’t do a good job and will charge you if you have any changes.

The service requested was done perfectly. I asked for two pants to be hemmed, and it was done within 4 days (I was in no rush). They were so nice and welcoming, and it is reasonably priced, too. I will definitely be back for all my tailoring needs!

I have used Rose Tailor and Shoe Repair for many, many years. Both the tailoring and the shoe repair are expertly provided and the prices are more than reasonable. I have trusted them w out finest clothing and our finest shoes, both for my husband and myself. I highly recommend their business.

I am highly disappointed with my shoe repair. My shoes looked better before I ever took them there. Bad glue job and cracked one of my heels. They said I brought them in that way which is untrue. Asked me for more money to fix the problem rather than have a satisfied customer. It was a gamble to try out this place and it didn't work out too well for me. Just wanted to share my experience.
