Dr Eisenberg’s staff is HORRIBLE! Called me 4 hours before appointment to say “Credit card machine has been down since last Thursday”. Bring cash or reschedule. 1. Flex card - not cash 2. If machine has been down for 3 days. Why wasn’t I called last week for a reschedule instead of burning a vacation day?

Dr Eisenberg has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very professional and thorough. He and his staff are very friendly and a privilege to deal with as they are very knowledgeable and thorough. Having said all of that earlier, I had cataract surgery in both of my eyes. The first surgery was perfect, but the second surgery went wrong from the beginning and it still hasn’t healed completely! The second surgery was done in mid June 2024. The cut was too large for cataract surgery and I felt it being cut. I wasn’t told that I had stitches in my eye, so it popped out as soon as I got home. I had to go back and go through the anesthesia again when the doctor redid the stitches...read full review

The counter personal don't know what they're doing. I called for an appointment. I was told I needed a referral. I emailed the referral twice before they found it but was able to schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment I was called and notified they need more paper work. If you're looking for frustration, this is the place.
