Jordan showed up ready to go. After I explained the problem he said the issue of the hub losing communication with the thermostat is a common problem with the Lennox systems. The communication was restored prior to Jordan's arrival approximately 14 hours after it quit last night at 7:45 PM. He checked the entire cooling system and said it was all performing as it should be. He did recommend a newer thermostat that does not require the communication hub. I will look at it after I receive the quote.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, for whom I helped purchase a new HVAC system, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Toby, the salesperson, was exceptional from start to finish. What impressed me most was his extensive knowledge of different air conditioning systems, airflow design, static pressure, and overall system performance. Their service and professionalism was above and beyond making sure my home area was spotless, Neal repaired a step on my attic ladder.
