Services include balayages, like the ash brown balayage, Brazilian Blow out, hair cutting, and root touch-ups. These guys did a beautiful job and are the sweetest Asian couple. Susan and Sam are amazing and sweet, very professional, hard working and loyal to their customers. They know how to deal with all kinds of hair types and are knowledgeable of several techniques. While the salon can get busy, booking an appointment is recommended. Overall, Pro Image Salon is a great choice for those seeking a personalized and welcoming hairdressing experience.
One of the best hair salon experiences I’ve ever had. This husband and wife team make a terrific pair working together to achieve excellent customer service. I’ve never felt more heard, understood and attended to! I’d give 100 stars if I could!!!

Susan has been cutting my hair since 1999 or so. I used to work near them and went there randomly 25ish years ago. They were very finally welcoming accommodating and I've just gone back because it's so easy and pleasant. Susan always does a great job. Sam is friendly and welcoming. They are a classic American success story of entrepreneurs Who've managed to stay at the same location for 25 years through up and downs. One of the big reasons why I go there is because I don't have to tell Susan what I want. She knows what I want. We talk about her kids and my grandkids and she just cuts my hair and I'm always happy with it.
I just got my hair highlighted and cut here with Susan and Sam and they are the best! I absolutely love my new hair style and color! Super fast and great price! I found my new salon in Irving. Thank you Susan and Sam!
