Awesome business and great employees; quick, professional, and thorough. My 22 year old system went out in the afternoon and I had a new replacement before sunrise the next morning. Morgan came out promptly after my initial call. He thoroughly investigated my problem and as expected my super old/antiquated system needed to be replaced. He was able to get a couple installers (Rashad and Santiago) to replace the entire system overnight. Both of the guys were super fast, but still very efficient in having us up and running before the morning. Anthony was so respectful and professional and just an overall very kind young man. I felt in good hands the minute he stepped into the house. He found the issue really fast and fixed it. I highly recommend him!!!

Marco came on time. I appreciated that he came with shoe covers and a mat to keep my floors from getting dirty.

Marco was respectful and professional throughout the whole process. He told me beforehand what needed to be done and what the cost would be. I thought that the cost was reasonable.

I appreciate that Marco showed me pictures of the work that he did. I was so pleased and impressed with the service that I signed up for their Prime Advantage Family service plan. I would highly recommend Prime AC and Heat for anyone looking for work to be done on their HVAC systems.
