Im pretty shy, so if you are wanting to try a gym, go to this one! If you are nervous to join, just try it. There is a gentleman there early in the morning. He is welcoming and very clean. The whole gym is so clean. It is spacious. The morning staff has been very friendly, but not in your face, either. Lol. I go in the mornings. They have all been so nice. The gym goers are all curteous and focused. I am so happy I chose this gym, and it is 24 hours. I can go around my busy work schedule during financials. I love this gym. Excellent service, a lot of machines and weights for all levels. The massage room is very relaxing. The staff always keeping the place clean and order. The trainer are most of the time available and doing on spot correction. I definitely recommend this gym, affordable and relaxing atmosphere.
