Nothing gives me more anxiety than having to make important phone calls regarding billing or medical related issues but today I spoke with Noor about my member services and instantly he gave me calm responses, patience and respect that I needed to ask my huge list of questions. He helped me register for WellCard Savings, staying on the phone patiently while I got everything set up, never making me feel rushed. He answered all my questions and even asked if I had anymore questions. I've been in customer service for 30 years and I know how challenging it can be but Noor is an absolute gem in his role! My experience today with Johana M from OneShare was awesome! She was very helpful with me on the phone and walked me through the process of getting set up for mail order prescriptions. She was also very patient as I was having technical issues. I very much appreciated her assistance.
