I worked at Oberon IT full-time for less than a yearProsWhen I worked there, I got my payroll regularly (I have heard stories about other consulting companies which don't even do that) - so in the aspect, I didn't have any complaints.ConsI needed to get an experience verification letter for my green card processing and it was a very painful and demeaning experience reaching out to OberonIT for it - and in the end they rejected giving the employment verification letter.I reached out to multiple people over email and multiple times and there was not even a single reply. I just want to give them 0 star but since it is not possible so I gave one, but they don't deserve it, they are nice until you are their employee after that if you ask them any experience letter or any other document they will keep avoiding you and they talk so rudely if you are asking something from their pocket , I must say never seen such kind of behavior.
