Everything was great I was a little scared at the beginning haven’t been to the dentist in a while but here at Navarro orthodontics they all made it smooth my husband had same day extractions and then he will be going back in to get his braces. Everyone from the front to the back were amazing team thank you Navarro orthodontics. Also they did take my insurance and were able to kind of give me an estante on my whole treatment that’s that was good too and I have delta dental ppo

I am absolutely thankful with Dr. Carlos Navarro and staff. I'm an orthodontic patient that needed an exposure of an impacted tooth and Dr. Navarro highly skilled and experienced, extremely professional performed my surgery with zero discomfort or pain what so ever. I highly recommend Navarro Orthodontix for any treatment. Jorge, Alejandra and everyone working with Dr. Navarro are phenomenal! Qualifications speak for themselves. Once again thank you so much Dr. Navarro you're brilliant and an amazing human being!!!

Went in for a simple teeth cleaning and ended up sitting there for three hours, most of which was spent talking about braces I never asked for. I repeatedly stated I was there for a cleaning. I left without getting my teeth cleaned and have called multiple times to reschedule, but still haven’t been able to get it done. On top of that, they tried to charge me for the cleaning even though I had already given them my insurance information weeks in advance. They didn’t even seem to know I had insurance until I reminded them. At this point I basically paid $50 for nothing. Really disappointing experience and a huge waste of time.

I had a great monthly appointment today at Navarro Orthodontix. Veronica was very gentle removing and reattaching bands and wires. The dentist recommended a good plan for moving a stubborn tooth. Hopefully by next month the space will be less with more tooth where it should be. Highly recommend their practice. All staff helpful, friendly, adaptable and knowledgeable.

The appointment was available right away, the Front Desk was quick and efficient. The ortho assessment was thorough and the financing is optional if you cannot pay in full. I’m pleased with my experience with the staff. The atmosphere is family oriented, and friendly.
