We hit the jackpot with Alec!! He's the best of the best. He's so thorough, patient, intelligent and super knowledgeable. The quality of his service was outstanding from the second he called to tell me he was on his way to explaining the entire process and how the company works, how my appointments will go and what to expect. I felt so confident that we were in the right hands and we are so thankful for Alec!!!
Derian was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He was able to address all of the problem areas in my home and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you so much for your diligence and excellent service! I really appreciate it.
They sent pictures as evidence of work done. They have responded for as needed work without a charge when I thought I saw bugs in the house. However, once he was done, he called asking for updated payment and was insistent on payment even though I’m always paid up. Only automatic payment. I like control of when I make my payments just like my other bills. For this reason, I will be changing companies for pest service.
