My three star review has nothing to do with the staff or services. The ladies were awesome, greeting us with smiles and some lemon water. Atmosphere is calming. What was disturbing was the fact that a "service charge" is assessed which will go to the service provider for gratuity. I had already tipped one provider a generous tip before I knew about this. I would have still given her a tip, but maybe not as much. This policy needs to be shared up front. I realize some customers aren't appreciative and are skimpy on tips and that is unfortunate. But the gratuity policy needs to be up front IMO.

Amazing facility and such kind and wonderful staff! We dropped in for a haircut for our daughter. The customer service was amazing and able to accommodate our last minute request. The team made us feel welcomed and offered complimentary beverages. Definitely an above and beyond experience. We are fans of the Omni chain - this is just one more reason they are best in class.

♥️ Loved this place, and it has a great view. ?THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME.Birthday, special day I would definitely recognize If you wanted to do a couple of other activities while in the area right next door is a place to go/rent paddle boats , kayaks, even a boat ride.
