You can even drop off your car after business hours. As long as you return the car clean and with the gas tank filled back to the original level, you’ll get your full deposit back.
I honestly think most of the people complaining either didn’t listen to the staff’s instructions or didn’t return their cars properly.

Anyone claiming they were hit with extra fees did not listen to the employees warning about pay as you go during their onboarding. The team takes the time to encourage people to pick an appropriate mileage plan so anyone who is complaining is dealing with the consequences to their own actions.
