I don't post negative reviews, I simply never return to the business, however I feel it necessary to share how rude the service is here, because it is THAT bad. No prices on anything and overpriced. Don't waste your money or time here.

They don’t put prices up for a reason. I purchased a liter of milk and a box of cereal for 12 dollars. The milk was about to expire and was spoiled. Everything is overpriced. Very slimy business practices.

Absolutely terrible customer service at Las Colinas Cleaners. All I wanted was to politely ask if any of my mail had been delivered there by mistake. I was told to call back in 5 minutes, which I did—multiple times—only to be ignored. When someone finally picked up, they didn’t even greet me, just snapped, “What do you want?” Completely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I would never trust a business that treats people this way.

I went inside to get some lotto tickets and i understand they only take cash but you don’t have to be rude about it. The way he said cash only instead of asking are you paying with cash or cash only please. Not going back over there.

I ARRIVED AT 9:55pm, TO PICK UP MY DRY CLEANED DRESS SHIRTS FOR WORK, 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO CLOSE AT 10PM. THE STORE HOURS ARE WRITTEN ALL OVER ON THE DOOR AND IN THE INTERNET. THE YOUNGER GUY DECIDED TO TURN OFF THE LIGHT AND LOCK THE DOOR ON ME AND TOLD ME SORRY WE ARE CLOSED 5 MINUTES EARLIER THAN THEIR CLOSING TIME IS ADVERTISED. THIS HAS NOW CAUSED ME TO HAVE NO SHIRTS FOR WORK DUE TO THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF WANTING TO CLOSE 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR ADVERTISED HOUR OF CLOSING!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, TOMORROW I WILL BE PICKING UP MY DRESS SHIRTS AND NEVER EVER AGAIN GIVING THEM MY BUSINESS !!!!! I RUN A BUSINESS AS WELL OF MY OWN AND I OPEN AND CLOSE AT THE TIMES THAT I PROMOTE AND ADVETISE AND MAKE ALL MY CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND KEEP THEM COMING BACK!!! Just drive to the store if you want any snacks or need simple things like syrup…. I payed $11 for a small syrup container. It’s absolutely outrageous how expensive these people are. If I could give this a no star review I would. Very rude as well.

Terrible! The price gouging is insane, even for convenience stores. A 6-pack of Dallas blonde is $13.52, and it’s $10 for a thing of Ben and Jerry’s. Unless you’re desperate, don’t go there. And they know you’re desperate that’s why the prices are high. Someone report them to the BBB
