Ken Murray is an exceptional business man and it extends throughout his entire family. Alex, the technician who worked on my air condition yesterday, was outstanding. Alex came to my house around 7 pm after leaving a very large job that requires him to return in order to finish the job. He serviced our air condition and had us feeling like we had purchased a brand new unit. I strongly recommend Ken Murray and staff to satisfy all of your air condition and heating needs. I highly recommend Ken Murray and his team.They are professional, honest and provide excellent service at a fair and competitive price. In addition to providing our regular service, they have installed two new systems for us, and both times the process went smoothly. They showed up when they said they would and stayed until the job was complete.

Fantastic service from the first phone call until the job was done. My a/c stopped working when we had sparks across our wires in the backyard. I called the phone number on Sunday after the storms expecting to leave a message. Melissa answered the phone!! She was most helpful by giving me things to try to see if my unit would start. Nothing I tried got my a/c working. She scheduled the technician to come out first thing Monday morning. The technicians were very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done and were able to explain it so that I understood.
