Everybody I met who came out to do our emergency plumbing repair (by our meter) was amazingly knowledgeable, very friendly and not afraid to share what they were doing. The amazing part to me was how quick they responded on a busy Friday. They were out to the property within 2 hours to see what was going on and put a temporary repair on it until Monday morning when they could come dig up the yard and replace the full length of pipe.
