I had to wait more than 5 minutes in the Service Dept porte-cochere in my car being ignored before ANYONE attempted to help me or check me in for my service appointment. That rates a 1 star or poor effectiveness and customer attention from the dealership. Finally, Steven (the Service Advisor) approached and checked me in and accomplished the oil change while I waited. His service rating merits a 5 stars or excellent.
Trent will make you feel at home. Such a nice man you can tell he's happy and it makes everyone else happy. Very trust worthy. I hate going to car dealerships because they always lie to me and make things up but he is very clear. 10/10 would recommend!
Bought my car from Angelo and it was a great experience. I came prepared for a lot of arguments, and to have to say no repeatedly to the same "mandatory" things - none of that happened. Angelo was very understanding, transparent, and happy to work things out. Very glad it went so well
