I don't know why these reviews are not higher because I can't speak nothing but amazing things about this car dealership I have dealt with both parts of the dealership I have dealt with the new sales and the used. In new sales I dealt with Larry he was amazing very patient, and very detailed and very honest . In used sales. I had the privilege of working with Daisy . A1 customer service. I got an amazing deal. The manager was great. Also the person that originally I was supposed to work with made sure to let me know and apologize because he wasn't available. He was great down to the financing. It all went smoothly so I'm not sure what hiccups others are having, but I definitely would say go and purchase a vehicle from there whether it's new or used. I was ready for a new Hyundai. My previous salesperson at Freeman Hyundai no longer worked there and she recommended me to Jim Pilarski. It was a great recommendation! Jim Pilarski is a very laid-back salesperson. No pressure no, gimmicks--just a straight and honest transaction. I purchased my last Hyundai car from Freeman Hyundai. After that, I said I will ALWAYS drive a Hyundai. They are unbelievable cars with amazing features and thanks to Jim, amazing service to complete the experience. Highly recommended!
