It is considered by some to be the best Ferguson location in DFW. The knowledgeable associates are noted for their ability to answer questions, track down anything needed, and provide quality customer service and consistency, often saving the day. They can get items not in stock. However, some plumbers do not recommend calling the counter sales for orders, as orders may have missing or wrong parts. While direct calls to individual locations are not permitted, texting is available.
Their definition of a “brief hold” is certainly not what I’d consider brief. Two calls made about an hour apart. Held for nine minutes and seven minutes before I had to hang up. Wasted my break from work trying to ask a simple question.
I can never find a damn thing in there it's better to Go Home Depot they're way too expensive and they don't have to shit you need and when they do have it it's at another store
If you need something, and they don’t have it. They can get it for you. If you’re a plumber, I would not recommend calling into the counter sales. Your order will always be missing parts, or have the wrong part. It sucks they won’t let you call the individual locations, but you can text them.
