Disappointing Results – Waste of Money
I came to this office specifically for a teeth whitening treatment, expecting professional-grade results. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete waste of money and time. The assistant working with me was very sweet and provided thorough explanation

My name is Rebecca Garcia and I had 2 fillings done here, they both went well but I started having tooth pain when biting down on one of them and the other had sensitivity to hot and cold which I was told would need a root canal and I made about 3 follow up appointments for it and each time I was told to just give it time, I gave it a about a year and still the pain continued, I went back about 2 weeks ago and was told again to wait and that if the pain is tolerable just continue tolerating it and to come back for a root canal once the pain was not tolerable anymore. Dr Kwon then asks if I’m interested in getting braces which frustrated me as my existing tooth issues still weren’t been addressed or even fixed, at that point I knew it was time for a new dentist. After so many follow ups for the same issue, I did not feel understood or like it was being taken serious. I went to a new dentist today and they were able to address the issue and schedule me to fix the filling and get the root canal done in that SAME day.

Loved my experience here! I went in after being told somewhere else that I needed a root canal and crown. After x-rays turns out I needed neither. What a way of earning a patient’s trust and their business with the truth!

I've been having pain in my back teeth for quite some time, but I was never able to afford it. They worked with me on a payment plan and for the first time in two weeks, I'm finally pain free. Fantastic place.
