Diane and Candice are awesome. Really the whole team. They pay well, are quick to answer questions, and overall efficient. Highly recommend, especially compared to similar services in the area.
Had an issue with hardware that was being used for a survey. DbD went above and beyond to make things right. Compensated me for the issue regardless of if I was going to continue. They were in contact right away and very friendly. Its how a company handles an issue that shows their commitment to do the right thing. I'm confident in participating with their programs knowing they will look after me.
I loved my experience at Dallas by Definition. The moderator was fun and easy to talk to and overall I felt really comfortable. I also love that I got paid in cash!! I hope I get called back for more studies.
