Had an issue with hardware that was being used for a survey. DbD went above and beyond to make things right. Compensated me for the issue regardless of if I was going to continue. They were in contact right away and very friendly. Its how a company handles an issue that shows their commitment to do the right thing. I'm confident in participating with their programs knowing they will look after me.
I loved my experience at Dallas by Definition. The moderator was fun and easy to talk to and overall I felt really comfortable. I also love that I got paid in cash!! I hope I get called back for more studies.
